VANESSA GUZMAN
Founder 2014
With a passion and dream to pursue a close relationship with plants, Portland Bloem was founded. From floral design work to Brick and Mortar Retail for 9 years, we have evolved the business into a Landscape Design Company focused on a sustainable approach. In her design work, Vanessa likes to focus on native plants to support indigenous wildlife and low water plants to help sustain our resources. This passion leads to the production of a small variety of plants that are essential this cause.

ANDREW HUIE
Landscape Architect
With respectful design principles Andrew emphasizes climate appropriate plants, regional hardscape materials, stormwater mitigation, and wildlife habitats. He focuses on creating dynamic garden spaces that connect our built environment to the living nature surrounding us. His passion of outdoor environments keeps him involved firsthand with plants, gardens, and natural landscapes
